Allowing tenants to report, track and resolve issues.

Handling issues in a residential can be a little bit frustrating, sometimes you don’t know how is in charge and how to reach him and what’s the status of the issue you report on, and it usually takes time and you feel bad to “nudge” the responsible staff.

The Problem

In addition to my own experience as a tenant, I’ve ask my friends about their pain points they experience in their residential and tried to understand the main need for the product.

My inspiration was focusing on community and issus handling products. In addition, dedicated product for Home Association.

Research

Creating a platform that will allow tenants
to report issues to management, defining the urgency and tracking the status of the issue until it’s resolved.

Sign up process broken into phases, allowing the user to focus clearly on the info requested and reducing his coginitive load.
